ECO TOURISM-PULIGUNDALA PROJECT

Puligundala project is located in Kanakagiri Reserve Forest Block of Tallada Range of Satghupally Division of Khammam District. This RF block is spread over area of 14422 Ha and this proposed tourism spot area is located 11.50 from Km from Ramakrishnapuram village which is located on the state highway 42 connecting khammam to Ashwaraopet. Excess water flows through the surplus wier which resembles a mini-water fall during rainy season. The area falls under jurisdiction of Tallada Range of Sathupally Division and supports huge biodiversity of flora and fauna including Migratory birds. The water body is spread over around 40 acre.
